Professional Avisory Councils

The Chef’s Council serves as the eyes, ears and voice of the professional culinary world to ensure that Miami Culinary Institute’s curriculum is infused with all the ingredients and expertise to meet and exceed the needs of the industry. Through this involvement, students will gain progressive, real-world knowledge and realistic expectations as they enter the work force.

Chefs on the council will help to continue the school’s vision by weighing in on the latest culinary and food culture trends while partnering with the Institute in the evolution of food culture in South Florida and beyond.

Beverage Council

Through our Beverage Council, we have assembled some of the regions top producers and distributors of wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks to ensure that Miami Culinary Institute’s curriculum and programs are at the forefront of the latest beverage industry trends while still being rooted in traditional technique and practice.
